May's closing out soon and here's a brief update. It's been kinduva quiet month so far. We hit Barrio Logan and San Luis Rey and rode well at both but a result escaped us. I crashed at Barrio (no big deal) and we had no guys in the top 20. But we rode really aggressively. At San Luis Rey we rode well too and Jose and Dana ended up 21st and 25th respectively- not too bad for an evil RR.
At the State RR Jose threw down! He attacked from the gun and stayed away til the final 30 miles. Dana and he finished in the group but both were top 30. I rolled in 37th. Marc and Zack were great workers and helped us out a lot!
I also scored a 5th place in the 35+ championship the day before and got on the podium! Here's a pic:
